The websites of ITI are: www.iti-worldwide.org, www.world-theatre-day.org, www.international-dance-day,org and www.iti-congress.org. ITI will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples of such information are: name, address, e-mail address, phone number, etc. that may be found in the directory or on the web page of a Centre, Cooperating Member, Executive Council, Regional Council, Committee, Network, Forum or Project Group of ITI. This is open data for the use of all the visitors to the website.

Any other information that is submitted is for internal use within the organization of ITI only and will not, and must not, be distributed to any other parties but for the use of the ITI activities solely: list of participants during ITI events (Congress, Conference, Meetings, etc.), information for ITI members (through the ITI newsletters). ITI will not sell, rent, or loan any information regarding its members to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security. It will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

By subscribing to the ITI newsletters over the websites, you explicitly consent to the collection and use of your email, allowing us to inform you of ITI updates with the newsletters. Your email will only be used for sending you the newsletter and is collected by ITI General Secretariat staff.

If ITI decides to change its privacy policy, the changes will be posted on the websites and sent to you over the newsletters. In this way you are always aware of what information ITI collects, how ITI uses it, and under what circumstances ITI discloses it.
